At home or in the gym
Rowing machines are a popular choice for home exercising. They provide an ideal alternative to rowing at your local gym or club and can supplement your other training.
Rowing machines represent a significant investment but should last a lifetime whilst only requiring minimal maintenance. If you are an Inside Indoor subscriber you can save up to 10% on a Water Rower – find the discount code in the WaterRower subscriber article here.
Almost every gym in the country has rowing machines. Just ask an instructor to provide you with a simple introduction to indoor rowing technique or join an indoor rowing class.
If you are new to indoor rowing check out our technique video with double Olympic champion Alex Gregory before you get started. Then why not try one of our 20-minute Go Row Indoor workout videos – just plug in and go!
