Row the Distance have launched the new monthly and annual medals for 2023 ready for your sign up today.

With either 50km, 100km, or 150km monthly medals to choose from, as well as annual 500km and 1000km which can completed between 1st January 2023 and 31st December. There is a great choice to keep you motivated this calendar year.

Submitting and Claiming your Medal

Sign up today and you will be emailed a separate link to upload your progress as and when you want to.  

Strava Connect

Uploading your progress could not be easier allowing you to upload activities direct from Strava.  Do not worry if you do not have Strava, as you can also add metes manually.

Checking Your Progress

All medal challenges have a real-time results system with instant tables, organised by age, gender and Country. They also have live tracking 'journeys' with fully interactive maps. All the routes follow real life bodies of water, rivers, lakes, bays and oceans, helping you have targets to aim for, row pass landmarks, and cross oceans. It's going to be fun!

Every Challenger who completes their target goal will be included in the 'finishers table' which will be compiled at the end of 2023.
