Row the Distance is helping deliver a British Rowing Indoor virtual medal challenge, where indoor rowers can choose a distance from some of the traditional distances you can compete at an indoor rowing competition event like BRIC (British Rowing Indoor Championships). Even better you can complete the challenge in your own time and on any indoor rowing machine, wherever they may be. 

You can choose to row either 2000m or 4000m, or  a 1 minute or a 4 minute row for your own individual challenge, and will receive an exclusive medal upon completion.
