Armistice Day Rowing Challenge 2023

At the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month – we will remember them.

Every year, we remember military and civilian sacrifices made during conflict. The Armistice, an agreement to end the fighting of the First World War as a prelude to peace negotiations, began at 11am on 11 November 1918.

£5 will be donated for every medal sold, please see the bottom of the listing to choose which charity your donation goes to.

What do I have to do to complete the challenge?

This is a 'one-off' activity challenge, you have the option of 2k, 5k, 10k, half, or full marathon. Once you have completed your challenge simply fill in your submission link, and you have finished!

Submitting and Claiming your Medal

You will be emailed a separate link / web page when you sign up, to upload your progress as and when you want to. Your medal will be sent on purchase. For this challenge it's a one off submission, please complete the submission link after your activity.

Your submission link should arrive within a few minutes of purchase, please email info@racethedistance.com if this doesn't arrive after a few hours.

Uploading your progress could not be easier with these challenges allowing you to upload activities direct from Strava. Do not worry if you don't have Strava, as you can also add activities manually.
