If you're looking to get faster on the indoor rowing machine, and improve your performance over short distances, then this plan is for you. British Rowing teamed up with Phil Clapp, current 500m and 1-minute world record holder and indoor rowing world champion, to develop a five-week training plan consisting of three cardio sessions a week aimed at those shorter distances. 

It was created ahead of the 2021 British Rowing Virtual Championships which featured a 100m sprint but would be suitable for any distance up to 500m.
