BRVC Endurance

This training plan was designed with input from GB Rowing Team coaches to support entry to the 2021 British Rowing Virtual Championships 30-minute challenge event.

This five-week training plan is ideal for anyone looking to compete over that time or over a longer distance but with less commitment required than our other Endurance training plan. It would also suit anyone looking to generally build their endurance on the indoor rowing machine.

You can still support your on-machine training with the mobility and conditioning sessions from the other plan or stick to the schedule below. You will find our twelve-week Endurance training plan here
