Super Sprint Sunday: All you need to know

The indoor rowing action continues this weekend in Birmingham with Super Sprint Sunday.

Racing in the same arena as BRIC the day before, competitors will have the chance to be crowned British Super Sprint Champions. The vent is also designed for you to have a crack at a Concept2 World Record in the 1-minute sprint, 100m, or 1000m.

Clubs and indoor rowing teams can also compete for the Super Sprint Victor Ludorum, awarded to the team who performs best across all six events.

Supported by Concept2, Super Sprint Sunday will be a day for short, intense races. At just £6 per individual entry, you can enter one or multiple challenges:

1-minute Sprint
100m Sprint
250m Sprint
1000m (individual and pairs event)
The Elimination Race (individual and pairs event)

As previously announced, the Surpise Challenge will be the December Cross Team Challenge, as chosen by SUB 7 IRC.
