The Advanced Workout

Clare begins this 25-minute interval workout with a 4-minute 20 SPM light warm-up, then jumps into a combination of intense rowing on the machine and circuit exercises off the machine.

Clare has been an indoor rowing coach and personal trainer for over 15 years and fronts the Go Row Indoor workout videos for British Rowing. She is also the host of ROW31 and has developed numerous other indoor rowing resources for British Rowing.
