A new month means a heap of updates in the EXR world. With new challenges, badges and a whole load of customisation, EXR continues to revolutionise the world of indoor rowing. Here are four key updates this month on the EXR app.

Customisation

EXR is now providing even more options to customise your avatar and your kit. The extra options now include unisuit sleeves, item sets and item colours. This also means that a whole host of boats and sunglasses are available throughout the EXR levels as well as two more skin colours, 11 extra hairstyles and three new face types. 

Challenges

EXR has added two extra monthly challenges categories. Event Challenges see you complete a certain number of online group rowing events while Challenger Challenges let you crush a certain number of daily, weekly or monthly challenges. 

Badges

Finishing EXR events will now earn you a new badge! The new Event Challenges reward you for regularly joining online group rowing events.

Workouts

EXR have now launched the 'Rowing Initiation' training plan. The plan will guide users through one hour of rowing a week for four weeks to help get acquainted with the world of indoor rowing. This also comes with a new set of workouts on the lowest difficulty level.
