The British Indoor Rowing Championships are returning to FitFest this weekend. Nearly 1800 indoor rowers will descend on the National Exhibition Centre for BRIC and Super Sprint Sunday, presented by British Rowing.

FitFest is the UK’s only true festival of fitness that will unite 15,000 like minded fitness enthusiasts. FitFest 2024 will see athletes of all levels compete across a number of different sports including CrossFit, Running, Weightlifting, Rowing, Functional Fitness and Obstacle Course Racing! FitFest will also feature an unrivalled fitness shopping and festival experience making it the dream event for all fans of health & fitness.

Yes, children are welcome to attend the event! Children between the ages of 12 to 16-years are eligible to attend at half the regular ticket price and children under 12 can join the workshop for free, encouraging a family-friendly atmosphere.
